Refund Policy for Cancellations

No refunds will be made unless notification of cancellation is received five (5) business days prior to the activity.


College Credit and Additional Information

Payment for college graduate course will be accepted at the final meeting of the fiscal year (Year-end Luncheon). Checks for college credit should be made payable to the university.

If Participants do not apply for college credit, they will receive a Certificate of Participation verifying the contact hours earned for the fiscal year at the final meeting of the fiscal year (Year-end Luncheon). Participants that do not attend the Year-end Luncheon will be mailed their certificate.
